Albanese's Finest began the way all great things do — with a family recipe, a well-seasoned pot, and an uncompromising belief that authentic Italian cooking never needs added sugar. Every jar we produce is small-batch, made by founder Darrin Albanese with the same care and attention he'd give a Sunday dinner for the people he loves most.

About six years ago, our Original Marinara started the Albanese's Finest story. What began with one recipe grew through the support of our customers into the family-owned brand we are today.
