Delicious Recipes Made With Albanese's Finest Gourmet Sauces ( More Coming Soon ! )
We highly recommend sautéing up some shrimp & bay scallops with our very unique Vodka Mascarpone Sauce.
(Use RAW shrimp and or scallops!)
Over med heat:
add about 4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped)
When oil is hot, add shrimp/scallops
(you can detail the shrimp before or after)
cook approx. 3-4 mins on each side until lightly browned
Cook angel hair pasta - Al dente
Spoon over top of angel hair
I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Of course our Vodka Mascarpone Sauce is fabulous with any cheese type ravioli, tortellini, lasagna or just your favorite plain old pasta!
